To provide each customer with physical and digital card with a unique touring number that allows access to discounts and special offers. Provide international motorcycling insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, repatriation or medical transport, and accident support.
In addition, create a community hub for avid motorcyclists that encompasses awareness, and knowledge on historic motorcycle values.
Planning & Strategy
- To define the goals and target audience clearly identifying the website's purpose and who it aims to serve.
- To establish the brand with the FIM- Touring organisational umbrella maintaining consistent visual identity and brand message.
- Plan the type, structure, and flow of content.
- To map out the website's structure and navigation.
- Identify relevant keywords and plan for search engine optimisation.
- Onboarding partners and sponsors.
Design & Development
- UI/UX Design: Focus on creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Coding: Implement the design using HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
- Database Integration: Intergrating with Mutades insurance database.
- Backend Development: Creating server-side logic and implementing APIs for card generation and updating database records. Intergrating several payment gateways for specific counties and regions.
- Content Creation: Writing and formating copy for multiple languages, image editing and SEO optimisation.
Results
FIM Advantage Card went live in January 2024 - global marketing campaign Forecast 100,000 members at €150 average within 2 years. As of March 2025 we have 136,000 active subscribers.
Couldn't be happier with the results and growth, this project has far exceeded expectations.
